Bought the “U” shape previously (degenerative lumbar disc disease…not pregnancy) & can say it is thinner, not as full or firm as my wife’s more $$$ U shaped pillow, but meets my needs for the price.

Thanks for the info. You might consider spending a few dollars on batting (from Joann’s, Micheal’s, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, etc.). Open a small part of the seam at the center and push the batting through to fill out both sides, then sew the seam back up.
