CVS CarePass Members/online orders FYI-Be Aware being ripped out of extra bucks on items

FYI Keep an eye on this change as it’s impacting deals negatively.
When you buy items at the B&M, as long as you meet the spending threshold before coupons for an ECB offer, you’ll earn the Extra Bucks.
This week, there’s a promo on Schick rzrs, BOGO50% off, get $5 ECB on $15.
I ordered these online with a carepass item and had a $7/2 manu dig Q clipped and another $2/12 shaving Q. My total on the razors was about $17 pre coupon which normally would earn the ECB’s, but it’s only showing $8 or so towards my spend and I didn’t earn them. This is ridiculous. Will be calling to argue with them. I don’t remember them doing this before on online orders.
Just be aware if you do online orders at CVS to watch this issue closely.

after a phone call, they did credit me $5 ECB, said takes 24-48 hours to show up. hopefully it will.

@mistercheap Carepass is a ‘store discount’. Lowers your spend amount and your taxable amount.

The discount is only on REGULAR PRICED CVS brand products, has nothing to do with the ECB offer I posted about.
