I’ve never used Cartwheel. Is it as simple as downloading the app and making a purchase through it? Is it in-store only or can you use Cartwheel online? and how easy is it to get a Redcard if you don’t currently have one? Is there lead time or can you sign up on the spot?

Cartwheel is now part of the Target app.
Sign up or into Target, either with a computer or your phone on the app
Select whatever coupon you want to add to your account
When you go in the store, show your barcode to the cashier, either from phone or printed from computer
You can also use your phone in the store to scan an item and if there is a coupon, it will save it for checkoutYes it is very easy
