@dangeruss yeah I know. IDK if you’ve read the J&J rebate thread but since the end of December I’ve submitted 13 receipts and 11 were rejected. Its happening to everyone. Everything is being rejected even though the purchases qualify. So you have to submit CS request. They acknowledge the CS request. A few days later you get a “we’re sorry we’re back logged because so many are contacting CS” email. A few days after that if you’re lucky your receipt has been approved and you receive a link to your gc.

So basically the same as the staples rebates a bunch of years back.

@dangeruss I’m not remembering a problem with Staples and I did hundreds of Staples rebates. Maybe from a software brand but not from Staples? There was an antivirus brand, C-something? where we cut up the boxes and various parts went for different rebates making each box a MM?
I’m now 12/13 Fandango receipts rejected. Submitted 2 on Tuesday night. On Weds AM one was rejected and on Thursday AM the 2nd was rejected. When I resubmitted on Weds. AM I thought about resubmitting the one that had not been rejected yet. I should have. Since Fandango tracks ip address and device I have to wait until I’m back in the office to resubmit the 2nd receipt.

I remember times when it would just get denied for no reason and a phone call would usually clear it up.
