You begin the rebate process online and then you have to mail in the following:

I always choose Amazon Prime’s no-rush shipping so you get something extra every time you order. This time I was offered a $5 credit to Prime NOW. Last time I got a $10 credit to Amazon Restaurants. That was a no-rush shipping order but I ended up receiving it the next day anyway. It doesn’t really matter when the power cord arrives (as long as you get they receive the rebate form within 30 days of purchase). The purchase date is the important date (and that has to be today, 12/6.
I got on their mailing list so when they have future promotions they will e-mail me. This is also a good way of using down banked Amazon credit balances.
