I did the deal last year. The restaurant near us is in a mall. You don’t have to buy a meal. Just order at the cheesecake area and take with you, and you can use multiple coupons. Sometimes the wife and I would eat at another mall restaurant, get a cheesecake and a Starbucks and enjoy in the food court.

In the past, gift card or e-certificate can’t be used until 1-1-2018.

We were able to use the e-gift card we purchased but the free cheesecake slices weren’t redeemable until after Jan 1, if I remember correctly.

On Black Friday, I ordered the $25 g/c to receive the extra 2 free slices. I didn’t print out right away – I was doing a lot of shopping that day
Anyways, I went to print them out today. I easily found the gift card but can’t find the free slice certificates.
Did they email those as well? Do they have a funny heading? Any insight is appreciated.

My email for the slices is from Cashstar and the subject is:
“You’ve received an eSlice of Joy from The Cheesecake Factory”

@already40 The sender should be …The Cheesecake Factory (thecheesecakefactorygiftcards@cashstar.com) mine came right at the same time as the confirmation email titled “Your eGift Card Order Has Been Created”. That email shows the Card I bought and the free slices. Does your confirmation email show the free slices?

Did you use a different email to order and send the GC to another?
