HELP! Suddenly my Chats have disappeared

Literally getting an error notice and a redirect to the Home Page. Was there about an hour ago.

Sorry, I thought you could find them under see all chats. Then they show up on the left of your screen.

I’ve not heard of anyone having this issue yet @Meezer_Mom, so I’m not sure what the issue could be. The only thing I can think of is that you haven’t verified your email/account yet. Have you? If not, please do that ASAP and see if that resolves the issue. If you have verified your email already this is probably something that @dangeRuss probably needs to address.

I have seen reports that the nodeBB chat system is less than idea. It’s possible that it deletes chats after a while. I’ll open a bug report with the developers and see what sup.

Can I get a screenshot of the chats being broken? Maybe also some errors from the browser console?
