Eligible class members include anyone who purchased “clinically proven” Align Probiotic products between March 1, 2009 – June 6, 2016. Claim to receive up to $49.26 without proof of purchase. Deadline to file is 5/16/2018.
You may submit the Claim Form for:
a. Up to two packages of Align purchased between March 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009. Each package purchased within this time period has a cash refund value of $15.88.

Thanks MrsGuin. I’ve been taking Align since March 2006 since my Crohn’s diagnosis. Got my claim filed.
