I used XP for many years, after they stopped making updates!
I’m assuming half the people will use Win 10, after they stop making upgrades.
Why cant they upgrade to Win 11? I’m not sure about the no of cars!
Ive used a Mac for about 12 years, after XP.

From what I understand, it requires a feature which older CPUs don’t have. All 5 of the computers I’m responsible for don’t support Win11.

My 17" 2014 HP Pavilion is still going strong, but it can’t support Win 11. After saving pennies for over a year and watching sales, I finally bought a new 15" HP laptop a few weeks ago and am gradually switching over to it as my main laptop, but I’ll continue to use the 2014 laptop as long as possible as our second laptop and as the one my husband will use since he mainly just gets online occasionally to look stuff up and to participate in a hobby-related Zoom get-together with fellow hobbyists.

When exactly is free support ending? Article isn’t to the point, don’t think it is for another year? (free, not paid extension)
