Thanks for the post @Tuskers, and for the follow through with the additional info @MrsGuin. This prompted me to search through my email, and found the email sent by Tommie Copper. Since I received the email, they already had my receipts, so nothing to do but fill out the claim and wait for my $50 (claims with receipt get $10 per item).

Received email confirmation as follows:
“Your online claim submission for the Tommie Copper Class Action Settlement has been successfully received.
Pending final approval of the class settlement, we expect to begin making payments to approved class members in the second half of 2018.”
