This offer is for ‘circle members’ so I assume it includes all circle members, not just the circle 360 members. And I think the ‘bullseye’ cookie has the Target dog image.

Got my free cookie this morning. In my parts it was supposed to be worth $3.45. My brother in Texas said over there it is only $1.99 regular retail.

In my parts, the cookie rang up $3.95 and the tall cold brew rang up $4.95. Fortunately both were free. (My husband got the cookie and I got the cold brew)
