ETA: Looks like Kohl’s is changing the order of deductions from previous practices, so end totals may differ: in a purchase I just made, $10 KC was applied before the 15% category coupon, followed by the 40% sitewide coupon, as expected, so my savings were lowered by a few dollars.
On the plus side, the “one-time use” general codes keep refreshing in Wallet, so I can make up for this by making multiple small purchases.
