If I already recycled 10 (without this coupon) and made a qualifying purchase, what happens if I recycle another five cartridges with this coupon along with another $10 purchase?

I did that last time they ran the promo and I didn’t get it. I did call in and they manually issued me the extra $20 in rewards. I guess these 5 count towards your monthly max of 10 in their system, but the coupon doesn’t really mention it one way or the other.
