If your theater has the concession stand/coca cola freestyle in the lobby before tickets are taken, you very well can just get a soda, fill it and not buy a ticket. But soda prices at movie theaters are sky high, don’t know if it makes sense.
On SD they were writing that you don’t even need to buy a soda, the app works for about 2oz. pour and some were doing it without a cup…

Two sodas for a ticket that I assume can be used to watch a 3d movie sounds like a good deal.

I’ve been doing this for months now. U don’t need to buy a soda. Just connect and pour for like 1.5 seconds. I don’t use a cup. Also, you can get both pours in one shot if you do it before midnight eastern time and again after midnight eastern. I’m on the west coast so as long as I do it before 9 pm PST (go to a 7 or 8 pm movie) and then again after 9 (when I get out of the movie) I get both pours in one visit.
