The online site penalizes for L2C coupon values which is should not if that’s dropping you below $40. The $5/25 code does not penalize you.
it is limit 2. other than the above not sure why you wouldn’t earn the bonus cash.
L2C messed me up yesterday, in cart, showed I was earning $20, then on order confirm is showed my spend was $36 towards $40 (about $5 in L2C q’s dropped it). called in this AM, they credited me the $20. but wasn’t expecting any issue so take screen shots if you’re seeing the $20 earned in case the final confirm email is different.

@mistercheap Thanks for the feedback. I had $57 of products after the 30% off, the $5 and the L2C but it still would not show the $20 bonus cash, even in the cart. All of my products indicate that they are eligible for the bonus cash. I’ll have to give them a call…
