    • The Sportly app is (finally) offering extended bonus rounds in auto-mode again

  • Has anyone done the Gobble deal - 6 meals for $36 and get 5000 swagbucks? I heard the first time that many had issues with them. I might consider this deal if things went smoothly.

Sorry, I don’t have any experience with Gobble.

However, if you’re just looking for high paying shopping offers (not limited to food delivery services), you might be interested in…

Registration is open the next Swago game which is from 12am PT/3AM ET on Tuesday, February 19th through 6pm PT/9PM ET on Tuesday, February 26th. It includes the Spin & Win wheel.

It looks like you can earn a lot more than ever on board submits without buying a $50 GC (up to 325 SB).

Well, for the first time ever, the MyGiftCard Plus $50 GC purchase is not the center square, so the most you can earn on the board submit without spending “real” money is actually only 60 SB. Other than Stake n’ Shake, they’re currently no 20% off GCs worth getting right now anyway, so I wouldn’t recommend going for the whole $5 board.

If you’ve never considered SB Local (the center square), or dismissed it in the past due to a poor selection of local businesses, take another look. In my area they’ve added some major chain brands that sell inexpensive things (Sephora, Denny’s, Little Caesars). So, if the offer terms allow, you could buy something cheap that costs whatever your board submit rewards is minus 60 SB, it’s essentially a freebie + the CB on the offer. However, you need to allow plenty of time for the CB to credit before Swago ends. The most you can earn for the board with SB Local but no MyGiftCard Plus is 285 SB (so a ‘cheapie’ ay be more realistic than ‘freebie’). All things considered, having SB Local as the center square is not a good deal for members (last month the maximum no-spend board submit was 250 SB).

As always, whenever Swago includes the wheel, always complete all squares that don’t require spending money because you can earn a LOT from the spin bonuses (except the useless sweepstakes).

I did the Dollar Shave thru MP last year. I didn’t do the NJoy offer. I don’t want my name associated with nicotine. I know some people don’t mind, but I do. Gobble had food that I would actually eat, but the last two deals I have had to fight for the points, so I am getting wary of SB.

Sorry to hear that. I definitely prefer the offers where you immediately get an email confirmation from SB confirming shop purchases (and immediate shop confirmation on your account ledger with the correct cashback pending amount… not just click through acknowledgement). That way I can cancel orders or return purchases if needed… but some offers payout despite not getting a confirmation and it’s difficult to know what the notifications should be on different offers without community feedback. I hope they get it together and you get credited correctly for all of your cashback shopping. They only discourage participation in future offers the more you have to work to get them to honor any of their offers.

    • TLTG just switched to a long string of 1-click offers again, and there are fewer and shorter interruptions to the availability of the other offers

    • Adgate Media has a bunch of “play” offers that say “Play until the timer is complete” (sort by easiest). They credit no matter how little you earn and are worth doing while Adgate is paying double SB (4 SB each), and there are 11 of them … don’t forget to do all of the coupon “print” offers too. • MyPoints has 20% bonus points on all surveys again

    • This is a great inexpensive WiFi only phone for running Swagbucks apps: Simple Mobile - Rebel 4 L211VL - Black $12.99 in-store @ Best Buy. At only $13, if you max out the 7 video apps daily (not counting nCrave or Swag IQ), this phone will pay for itself in under a month . It has Android OS 8, so it should run fine with Swagbucks’ apps which all now require Android 5.0+, and be future proof for quite some time. It’s a GSM device that requires 1-year of service if you ever plan to unlock it for use on other carriers, and it can’t be (permanently) rooted, but you never have to activate it and don’t even need a SIM card to run it as a WiFi only device with none of your personal data on it. Besides SB, you can use it for a ton of other things like coupon/shopping apps (Ibotta, Savings*, etc.), a music player, a smart home device controller, a security cam/baby monitor, international travel (T-Mobile has free roaming in some countries), a TV remote, setting it up as a child-safe phone, emergency backup in case your main phone is lost or damaged, etc. It’s got a decent battery and camera at this price point, but only 16GB of memory, so don’t expect to install a lot of apps on it (especially if they can’t be run from the SD card).

    • Looks like they pulled the Amped app (good riddance, it never worked/credited for me)

    • Looks like they stopped forcing updates for the other apps. I just noticed they’ve recently updated many apps (since last fall), but I was never notified or blocked from using any of the apps until I upgraded like they used to do in the past. • February monthly bonuses have posted

    • Double SB from Revenue Universe (Discover)

    • Except for IndyMusic at 8 SB, all of the mobile apps seem to be offering at least 12 SB each today (remember when all apps were guaranteed a 10 SB daily minimum for years before that dropped to as little as 4 to 6 SB daily last summer/fall?). I hope this means they’re done throttling the apps for a while. The Sportly app is still running past 12 SB for me today, so I’m not sure how many bonus rounds it will offer. Both the main SB app and the Sportly app had twice as many rounds as the oher apps today.

    • TLTG is running for extended rounds

    • Discover offers appears to have a new “trusted partner” called Adgem. Note, like all of the Discover partners, the amount of the same offer can vary between partners and between other areas of the site. For example, Adgem is offering 312 SB for a Bark Box subscription, but there is currently a sitewide Bark Box subscription offer for 4,000 SB. Sometimes a partner has a better offer, sometimes they don’t so always check before committing (also factor in if it’s worth waiting for a partner that does them to have their next double SB offer).

  • There is a Slacker Radio offer.
Get an annual subscription for $9.99 and earn 1,000 SB.

The 20 SB maximum without GC purchase may have been an error. They’ve fixed it now so that you can earn a 40 SB bonus by just doing the perimeter (MyGC+ is the center square). It’ll require earning at least 1 point via the SB live app, but there are 2 games today starting at 7pm EST. There’s no wheel/spins to earn, so figure out which bonus pattern you’re going for and only do those tiles.

I’m going to try to note the time when they have extended 1-click offer rounds at other times of the day to see if they’re predictable.

    • Heads up: I received an inbox offer indicating that the MintMobile Discover offer has been doubled from 1,000 SB to 2,000 SB. However, when you open the offer or click through to the merchant, the text still indicates $10 cash back: “$15/month for unlimited talk & text + 2GB/month of 4G LTE data. Sign up for a plan & earn 1,000 SB.” Also, I only see offers for $10 SB when I use search, go to their Shop page, or the Discover page. If you decide to go for it anyway, be sure to take screenshots/document everything.

They are changing the To Do List this afternoon

    http://blog.swagbucks.com/2018/08/to-do-list-updates.html

Thanks for the heads up. This is not good news. nCraves may have been tricky to get at times, but if you periodically refreshed the main nCrave webpage, or kept clicking the To Do List link on mobile with desktop view, you could eventually complete one daily. If I ever can’t complete a daily To Do List, it is because of not being able to qualify for a survey, not because of nCraves. Requiring installation of the swagbutton to complete the daily To Do List is not a consumer friendly move since that is essentially spyware (no matter which company develops it) and crashes or causes problems on many people’s computers, forcing them to uninstall it. Also, many older or low income people only have access to less expensive devices that they can not even install the swagbutton on (also why forcing all Android apps to use OS 5.0+ was a non customer friendly move). This change is going to cost people about $3 a month in earnings.

Looks like they finally came to their senses: using the SwagButton will no longer be required to complete the Daily To-Do List. Instead of the “SwagButton Activity,” it is now the “Daily Activity”: now you can either use the swagbutton or log into your account on the Swagbucks main mobile app. That’s better… but still not great for folks who can’t use the apps because they don’t have a newer phone with Android 5.0+.

It appears that using any of the video mobile apps, not just the main “Swagbucks Mobile App,” will now count as completing the “Daily Activity” on the Daily To-Do List.

    • The Sportly app has extended bonus rounds in “mostly” auto-mode" (it runs on it own except for an occasional ad that requires you to manually close it to continue)

    • I posted a thread over a week ago, but it just occurred to me that some who view this SB thread may never look at our hot deals forum yet may be looking for a cheap prepaid/wifi Android mobile to use on Swagbucks: Tracfone LG Fiesta 2 4G LTE Phone + 1 Year of Service with 1200 Min/Text/Data. This may not work for everyone but may be an option for some. Considerations:

      • $80 may sound pricey, but it has 4G LTE, a large 5.5" HD Screen, a high resolution 13 megapixel camera (5 MP front-facing), and is future proof for a while with Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS.
      • Even if you already have a mobile plan, the year of included light-use service provides 1200MB a month. If you use this as an “offers/deals only” phone (for shopping apps like Ibotta, Coupons .com, SavingsStar, Checkout51, etc., SB, other GPT or survey sites, etc.), you can keep all of your private/personal information off the phone yet still have enough data for when you need to use your phone to complete in-store shopping offers or surveys that require you to go to a store.
      • It only has 16GB memory and I don’t see any mention of a memory card ( @briarycliffs do you know?), so don’t plan on installing a lot of apps on it.
      • Now that the throttling on the mobile apps is mostly gone, I’ve been earning almost $10 a week from maxing out the apps daily. At that rate, I’d be able to make this phone start paying for itself in just over two months (sooner if you factor in the monthly $3 savings on $25 GCs, daily goals bonuses, and monthly steak bonuses)
      • You don’t have to keep buying text/talk/data after the first year… you can just use it as a WiFi only device.

    • The Sportly app has been running non-stop bonus rounds in auto-mode since yesterday

    • TLTG is back (it was only unavailable for about an hour, so if offers run out don’t assume that’s it for the day)

    • Go to Revenue Universe. Under the “All Categories” drop down menu, select “Clicks and Videos.” There will be 4 or 5 1-click offers that credit immediately since RU has double SB right now.

    • On the homepage, just under the To Do List title, click the “Learn More” link to go to the instruction page for the list. Scroll down to and click on the “Daily Crave” button (you used to be able to launch this directly from the To Do List, but you can still access it here). Each 1 SB activity is 2-4 pages (just click thumbs up/down to continue). You can repeat this until they run out for the day.

Well, well… what have we here?!

I refreshed a Swagbucks page and noticed that my balance had increased significantly, even though I wasn’t due for any big payouts. I went to my account summary/activity ledger and saw a line item for “Other: Level Threshold Bonus.” I wasn’t sure what that meant and the only thing that came to mind was the Member Recognition Program, which wasn’t due to start for another 3 weeks, plus I didn’t see a gemstone next to my avatar or anything. So I hunted around but didn’t see anything on the blog, homepage, Facebook, google, etc. Then I looked at the account management drop drop down menu again and noticed that there is a new Member Recognition link, so the program did go live early!!!

So, go see how many “Level Threshold Bonus” points you earned today (sorry, they don’t count towards your daily goals), and look at your new Member Recognition page to familiarize yourself with which juicy bonuses you now qualify for, how to earn them, and how easy it is to ensure you maintain your member level/status.

Sorry for the long drawn out post, LOL… but this is really good news, and bonuses and perks are very welcome neat/at the end of the annual earnings throttle.

    • The Movieclips app has extended bonus rounds in auto-mode

    • If you haven’t had any PC encraves in the past couple of months like me, check your account. I only have 2 tiles, but one is a 2 SB offer (puppy with red polka dot hat) with discovery mode and restarts automatically when each set completes/has a playlist (but is not marked as a playlist).

    • They finally announced that the Member Recognition Program was launched yesterday for those who already pre-registered.

      • Based on each of the 10 points level, benefits may include GC rebates, answer survey completion bonuses, Shop purchase bonuses, nore time to redeem Swag Codes, same-day fulfillment of select GCs (e.g., Amazon, Visa, Walmart), and the two highest tiers (Ruby and Diamond) get a flat SB bonus of 15,000 and 25,000 respectively.
      • If you didn’t pre-enroll, additional access to the Program will open in early April after they’ve collected feedback from Members on potential issues and roll-out additional benefits.
