UTZ Quality Foods Class Action Settlement

A settlement has been reached with Utz Quality Foods, LLC (“Utz”) in a class action lawsuit that alleges that Utz, through a nationwide advertising campaign, sold certain of its products by advertising that they were “All Natural.” The lawsuit alleges that the products are not “All Natural” in that they contain ingredients that are chemically derived, heavily processed, synthetic, artificial, and/or ingredients containing or derived from Genetically Modified Organisms. Utz denies the lawsuit’s allegations. The Court has not decided who is right. Instead, the parties have agreed to a settlement (the “Settlement”). If you purchased certain Utz and Bachman branded products, you may be eligible to receive a payment of up to $20 from a Settlement by completing a Claim Form available HERE.

If You Purchased Certain Utz® Or Bachman® Brand Products, You May Be Eligible To Receive A Cash Payment Of Up To $20 From A Class Action Settlement.

  • the Utz red hot potato chips are one of my favorites.

  • Love the Utz chips. We live an hour away from their Hanover factory. Went to their free self guided tour of potato chips being made (no camera allowed). The following were from the Utz’s Factory Outlet Store
