I received the same message this morning and believe the site is just being hammered. Keep trying though, because my request went through after several attempts!

This deal was for a free product when first posted. Since the manufacturer has changed it to a B1G1 free offer, I’ve moved this to the grocery & drugstore forum.

Well, I actually was able to finally request the free one after multiple attempts at getting the site to even load in the first place this morning, when @msrazzle and I were trying.
It appears as though now, the free offer is depleted, and the BOGO is the only option left
