Option 1: Call 770-432-1202 during business hours (8:00am-4:30pm ET) anyday from Monday through Friday. If voicemail is full, you’ll have to try again later. Be polite as well, I think there is only one lady handling all these calls.
Option 2: Fill out the form the best you can (don’t worry about serial number, etc) and set the subject to “Promo Kit Request” then say please in the message box to request it.
