I think you were right to put it into Grocery & Drugstore since it requires a paper coupon that you redeem in person at a B&M store (instead of redeeming an e-coupon and the product being delivered to your home).

yes, ANY grocery coupon printed or digital clip goes in grocery. only free coupons put in free stuff are those you sign up and they are mailed to you via USPS.
