eta: I haven’t figured out how to do it. Clicked link in email from Discover, just brought me to log in page. So I went to PayPal and added Discover. We’ll see what happens.

Did you log in when prompted after clicking the link in the email? It took me through the steps to link to PayPal, all via Discover’s site. I don’t think just adding a Discover card on PayPal’s site will do it.

I got the email for this offer, but I have not so far been able to do this offer. I get an error every time I click the link provided in the email. (It brings up a log in page at Discover, and then after hitting the submit button at log in it directs to a page the shows an error message.) I’ll give it a little more time to see if they fix it before I call them.
