My recent experiences with Prodege sites (both SwagBucks and MyPoints in my case) is that something has happened in the last couple months and tracking is not as reliable as it used to be. I usually shop through TopCashBack or Retailmenot, but I sometimes use SB or MP when they have a BINGO or SWAGO board to fill in.

Anyway, stores that had been very quick to track (Home Depot primarily) that I had shopped at many, many times, have suddenly just not tracked for my last two purchases. I got credit last month after sending a support ticket, but I’m having the issue again this month and waiting to hear back from support. These are relatively low-value matters; I would be anxious, too, for something like this offer worth a lot more.

@mrvietnam So was this a totally new sign up for you, or did this work for you as a re-subscription after a gap? Can you give any details if pertinent.

I’ve had both a paid membership and a trial in the past. I’m curious, too, if the offer would work for me to sign up again.

After having used a few sip club trials, I have to say it’s gotten a bit tiresome. Panera just doesn’t have enough variety for the sip club to be worth it to me long-term, regardless of price. I minimally drink soft drinks, too much sugar or artificial sweeteners,which leaves the lime Bubly. It’s good, but that’s just one flavor. The green tea and lemonade are pretty good, but again, sugar. Icef or hot coffee? Eh, okay. And that’s it. If you could at least occasionally get some kind of specialty drink, that would be nice, but I get it. The drinks they made available are mostly costing them very little.

Confirming my previous comment, this worked for me today. Enter phone/alt ID at the pump, swipe/tap payment card, and THEN that is when the correct discount shows on the pump.
Now, my local Shell station’s regular price was 14 cents per gallon higher than a nearby competitor, so it didn’t quite feel like getting the total 25-cent discount at Shell, but that is another matter.

So after some sleuthing, according to this post, the offer does in fact NOT show upfront as being applied when using the app nor at initial entering of phone/alt ID at the pump, but only after swiping/tapping a payment (or confirming payment in the app).

So a great big pfft to Shell for not explicitly stating that their app/system is stupid and that the offer does work, you just won’t see it until after the fact. I guess I’ll try again next Sunday when the next round becomes active.

I’m supremely annoyed. I’ve activated the offer, the check mark shows it is activated in the app, I even got a notification saying the offer is active, but I went to two different stations today, and the extra 22¢ off simply would not apply when attempting a purchase, just the standard 3¢. I tried both paying through the app as well as entering my phone number on the pump, same result.

Guess I have to call Fuel Rewards and give them a piece of my mind.

Update: at least a couple other people at SlickDeals are also saying they don’t see the offer showing as active.

FWIW, a race schedule shows in the offer in the app, and not all the dates shown above appear in that schedule. The app terms even say the promo doesn’t start until 2/15. So ymmv perhaps on eligible dates.

Ended up winning 75 crowns–25 each for a singer performs, pyrotechnics during halftime, and a 40+ yd fg is made. My 4th was, a WR wins MVP.
