@mrvietnam What store did you buy the egift card from? My go to for TCB bonuses was ACE, but the last four purchases didn’t track… last time I lodged a claim and received a lame excuse… Thanks!
It’s from TCB’s own gift card store. Click the link in the bar at the top of the home page, or here is the link: https://www.topcashback.com/top-gift-cards/
These always track quickly.

RE: 18700 MyPoints: Open New Discover Checking Account
@sonofzeus said in 18700 MyPoints: Open New Discover Checking Account:
@yoregano They offer “on sale” rewards on my screen and a handful of instant rewards on MY screen. Maybe the algorithm varies based on users’ interactions with the site.
I guess you’d need to clarify what you mean. I’ve been using MyPoints a loonng time, one of my first rewards sites, one that is actually still in business (though they were not originally under the Prodege umbrella). Next year will be 25 years for me! Things have changed over the years. Anyway, when it comes to redemptions, I’m not sure what you mean by “instant” rewards. Otherwise, yes, they do claim to have certain rewards “on sale,” but essentially, those are always at the same redemption rate. For example, the prepaid MCs I mentioned previously say “sale” in the description but have been at the cost of 1,500 MP per $10 of card value for years. If something is always the same price, it’s not really on sale… Now, not all GCs are redeemable at the same rate. For example, a $10 Walmart card costs 1,590 MP. Thus one of the reasons I redeem for MCs, it’s better value. I use them to pay most of my utility bills.

RE: 18700 MyPoints: Open New Discover Checking Account
For those that don’t know, both MyPoints and Swagbucks are sister companies owned by Prodege. (InBox Dollars is the other sibling.) I’ve been using both MP and SB for years. Both tend to offer similar and often the same offers, but the rates can vary. One needs to compare to get the best value on offers like this. Sometimes SB is higher, sometimes MP is. SB redemption is straightforward, 1 SB = 1¢. However, there are discounted redemption options. For example, once per month you can redeem for certain $25 cards once a month at 12-13% off face value. For MyPoints, redemptions vary somewhat depending on what type of gift card you get. I typically get prepaid MasterCards, which are redeemed at 1,500 MP per $10 of value. So for this particular offer, 18,700 MP would be worth $124.67 to me. MyPoints does not offer a monthly discounted card redemption like SB does.

RE: Burger King $1 whopper offer in the app, valid 11/12 to 11/17

100 crowns for selecting your favorite Million Dollar Whopper in today’s email titled: “Whopper Drop”
(use phone’s email to open)
I didn’t get an email, but the offer was in the app. I also have a challenge to purchase each of the three special Whoppers by 11/27 (must be separate transactions, and must be at full price!) to earn 1,000 Crowns or a piece of exclusive merch.

RE: Burger King $1 whopper offer in the app, valid 11/12 to 11/17
TERMS:
The 1 Million Whopper sandwiches for $1 offer is available for a limited time from 11/12/2024 through 11/17/2024 or while supplies last, at participating U.S. Burger King® restaurants, only on the BK® App and bk.com for order ahead. Price and participation vary. Royal Perks account required. Must activate Offer in the “Offers” tab on the BK® App or bk.com before placing order. Not available during breakfast hours. Tax extra. No substitutions. One Offer per Account. Not valid with any other coupons or offers. Not valid in AK, HI & U.S. territories. Not valid on delivery orders. Royal Perks terms apply: bk.com/rewards-terms. Burger King® reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
Wonder if/how quickly the limit of 1 million might get used up. One might not want to wait too long given the possibility the deal might end early.

Just a reminder to check your ‘rolling’ balance as points expire after 6 months. have like 200 expiring on 12/1, so will redeem some in November so I don’t forgo them.
Yep, last day to redeem expiring Crowns for October. I had 500 expiring this month, next month I have 1950 expiring! There must have been some great promos six months ago to earn bonus Crowns, there’s no way I’ve actually spent that much real money to accumulate that many points in such a short time.

RE: BURGER KING APP: New FRIGHT BITE game, ring bell, win crowns or food prize now to 10/31
Turned out to be a nice and easy game. The food prizes were mostly lame, but I racked up over 400 Crowns for the month.

RE: Amazon Prime Members Save 10 Cents at the Pump BP, Amoco, ampm, only, They could add more
Lately, Costco is hard to beat for me without a substantial rewards discount. Still, a potentially nice perk from Amazon.
