Check your e-mails this morning. I just got an e-mail from Marlboro that advertised the free lighter and included a link to click on to get it. The e-mail had the subject line: “Today’s the Day. Claim Your Custom Zippo® Lighter Now.” But after I click on the link and it takes me to Marlboro’s website, I do not see anywhere to claim it.

Similar to @MrVietnam, I received a SMS with a link to claim the free lighter. URL redirects to Marlboro homepage.

When I logged into my wife’s Marlboro Rewards account I was finally allowed to order my free lighter; however, when I logged into my account I did not see any invitation to claim my free lighter.

I have no idea where either of these are located on their site. I even checked the app… no dice. Hopefully they will send email notifications regardless of where it is announced on their website.

Text failed last night. Just got an email that the code was wrong and the correct code is 27865727.
