We contacted them through their Contact Us form on 09/20/2017 at 01:03 PM EST. and have not heard back yet.
They accept payments via Paypal. However, Paypal payment will go to accpp20170811@outlook.com, a person, not to a company.
230 Market St, Garfield, New Jersey 07026 is an apartment building and missing an apartment number.

I purchased four Nest thermostats from this website for $600. I received only three. I emailed support@netaora.com. I got no reply. I opened a ticket on their website. I got no reply. I called their phone number 973-662-4735. It is out of order. I went to their offices at 230 Market St, Garfield, New Jersey 07026. It’s a residential apartment building with no name plate or indication of unit number on the door. I went into Paypal and it said to contact the sub-merchant who sells through their site by the name of Vinh Luong at newpp20171025@outlook.com who is the person that the funds were wired by paypal. The email immediately came back undeliverable. I opened a dispute with Paypal for $150 for the unreceived 4th Nest thermostat.
