@mistercheap It didn’t work for me either, but I got a pretty straightforward response trying the redemption code:
"Looks like that’s the wrong code. Please double-check and try again."
I’m pretty sure if you don’t see this offer going to your “My eBay” page, you’re out of luck, i.e. it’s “targeted”.
