OK, so I bought and kept one for myself. Its 3 qt and too small for some things.
I purchased a 6 qt for $49 (?) and resold it for $70.
I got another 6 qt on Sunday from Kohls. Net $24.99 after KC. Haven’t picked it up yet… Should I keep it for myself since sometimes I’d like a larger one? Gift it? Resell it? For $25 how could I not?
I got “free” $50 Target gc cashing out RA bonus cash. I could buy IP from Target and resell it for $50-$60.
I receive $15 Amazon gc for doing taste testing at Keurig. $45 in gc in 3 wks. I make 2 Amazon purchases a year for myself. Could buy IP and resell for $50-$60.

decisions, decisions…If there were no reselling involved, I’d have to take your temperature, LOL. I forgot to consider gifting though.
Definitely keep one so that you can use one for strong savory aromas/spices and one to use for milder dishes/when such scents ruin the product (e.g, desserts, oatmeal, yogurt, plain rice dumplings, etc.).

At work yesterday someone asked me to find them a deal on an IP.
So I could easily resell one if not more.
Isn’t your liner stainless steel? Why not just 2 liners?
I use a coffee mill just for spices and one just for coffee beans but 2 IP?

I use a coffee mill just for spices and one just for coffee beans but 2 IP?Yeah, very strong odors get infused into the grooves at the top and the silicone ring (not the stainless steel). Having separate silicone rings and obsessively cleaning every nook and cranny to remove scents (not food) after EVERY use is an option, but a 2nd unit is just easier. Ruin one dish and you’ll wish you had one. No one wants their cake infused with eau de curried chicken.

GTK. I haven’t cooked anything highly seasoned in my IP but I could see how that could happen.
