AGAIN > How do I get back to full screen for replies/comments?

Well somehow I got back into this stupid bottom of the screen comment/reply screen.
I know I can click on the crossed arrows and get a partial full screen like now.
But then I have to escape back to the tiny screen across the bottom to even submit.
Please HELP!
