Fake site 'sells’ spices, but accepts nothing but PayPal for payment (the scammers will happily take your money, while you get nothing in return). The real Santa Barbara Spice Company does not sell spices online, website is strictly an information site. The Find Us page ( http://sbspice.com/findus.html ) lists the area vendors carrying their products. They do not link to The Spicy Gourmet. There is a brief privacy policy on product page. Since they neither sell, nor have an email list, they aren’t required to have a Terms of Use, as you aren’t ‘using’ the website.
