I don’t have the offer but I do have a ton of blue star items on my Magic Receipts page so I’m not sure how much my bonus SB would be.

Today I did the following to get the $5 bonus:
Bought 2 bags of Sugar Free Werther’s Caramels, paid 2/$6, paid with $5 wags cash, $1oop at Walgreens. no tax.
Got back 250 swag plus 500 swag plus $1 IBOTTA. $8.50 back on $6.
