You’ll likely get 30% back on the 20% off amount. Say you spend $100, take 20% off, that’s $80. 30% of that is $24 so it would be 44% off net. If they pay it on the pre discounted amount, which would be great, then yes, 50% off.

$125.85 incl tax, dropped to $57.85 after discounts.
Getting back ~$15 from TCB and 5K points ($10).
Net $32.85 not including having paid with discounted gc.
