I pulled the trigger! Did the 35% off auto ship discount. got $80ish for $50 with free ship + tax. Used $30 in GC, $20 on credit card and redeemed $2 in perks rewards.
If I get back 25% on the full $80 pre auto ship I’ll get back $20ish on Rakuten which will cover my oop, if on $50 then $12.50. Nice deal.
Trying to remember, last BF season Top Cashback had 30%? 50% on Petsmart, but it never credited and TCB said Petsm. denied it on the claim, I was pissed. @MrVietnam do you recall the deal last year on TCB? Think it was 30%?

Rakuten already reported. 25% on the discounted amount, $12.xx. but still a nice deal.
Discounted GC’s too used to cover $31 of the spend. Got a LOT of stuff.

@mistercheap I did 30% back from PetSmart via TCB in September and October. Its still pending but its there. October order shows $18.17 pending. Used PS gc from Shaws ($10 OYNO wyb $50). Paid Shaw’s using no activation fee Visa gc from Staples (5% Chase Ink)🙂.
$125.85 incl tax, dropped to $57.85 after discounts.
Getting back ~$15 from TCB and 5K points ($10).
Net $32.85 not including having paid with discounted gc.

But after last year’s loss of $17 CB not tracking and TCB’s bs lack of fighting for their customers (they’ve screwed me a number of times over the years with ‘you used another marketing channel’ excuse, which was simply not true) I’m hesitant to place a large order with them for a merchant that previously didn’t track properly. Rakuten showed it within 2 hours. I’d rather forfeit the 5% (30 vs 25%) than risk getting 0% like I did last holiday season.
