You can do this up to 4 times anytime between 5/4 and 5/31. Will stack with manu coupons, Ibotta, Fetch, Swag, etc type offers.
Only exclusions I can see are bird seed and one other exclusion I can’t make out at this time. Should work on fish food, hamster/gerbil/guinea pig, etc food and supplies. YMMV
