Do I need to use the CVS app to show the coupon? I loaded it to my card but nothing is discounted even though my ExtraCare card was scanned at the beginning of the trans.

Did you ask the cashier if they saw it on their screen?I told that cashier I should have a l2c for the toothpaste and she didn’t see anything at the register.

I didn’t use the app. I just loaded the coupons on my card.
