You can stack with rebates (P&G), Ibotta/Fetch offers, paper manufacturer or digital coupons. they should not impact spend towards $100. If you are creative, you can probably spend $80-85 oop, to hit $100 tracking, get the $30GC part of that $80-85 could be $50 spend after Q’s for the $15 Visa Rebate from P&G.
