September 27, 2017 - Request for Exclusion must be postmarked by this date.
September 27, 2017 - Objection must be filed with the Court by this date.
November 1, 2017 at 12:00 PM - Final Hearing.
February 4, 2018 - Claim Form must be filed online by this date, or postmarked by this date if submitted through the mail.

My point was I thought this was an expired deal as this cannot be accessed now for members just seeing this thread. Did not realize this was just an informational post, as this would normally be a continuation of already existing post/thread.
