The link you provided is for one 2.5 gallon jug of T-6 at $64.99. I can’t find the 2 x 1 gallon T-6 anywhere on Autozone’s site.
Was it actually the 2 x 1 gallon cases you found for $19.97? Both products do have rebates, but I don’t know whether the 2.5 gallon jugs are on clearance.

One questions, though, where are you seeing a limit of four cases? All I see on the website is this language:

Can you provide a SKU, a receipt, or something with a stock number on it? I just got back from visiting three Autozone stores in southern CT, and none of them stock the case of two one-gallon jugs of Rotella T-6. They all have single gallons for on sale for $22.99 (regular $29.99), and single 2.5 gallons on sale for $54.99 (regular 64.99).

Never mind, I see where you got it and there’s a receipt posted.
For clarification, this is SKU #550048761, and it is, in fact, a 2-pack of the one gallon Rotella jugs. A Google search of this SKU turns up exactly one result, a listing at Advance Auto Parts. Some Connecticut stores, maybe half of them, have it in stock at $59.99. Here’s what it looks like:
