I was listening to 93.3 just before 5 and Chino aired a lady who won $1k from “pay my bills” (aka the 200200 texting we’ve been doing)…from Encinitas! Is this a coincidence, or are they choosing one winner from each market area perhaps? Made me wonder how they’re choosing the winners
