When breasts and wings go on sale thighs are included in the sale but the coupons won’t work on those items.
The coupons work with items on sale.
@my4mainecoons said in Albertson's/Safeway Flavor Adventure instant win (smartphone app, possibly website too):
@c3 Is it new that they can’t be used at SCO?
Not new. That’s why I don’t buy them any longer. Some cashiers don’t know how to use them, either. I had to tell them to read the directions on the printed sheet.
These are the prizes from mini games: $50, $20, $10, 5 rewards, 1 reward. Other than from the first night, $50 is difficult to get.

After playing the video and going through all the steps (for the free entry), all I got was an app error and nothing else. Oh well. Maybe I’ll try again tomorrow.
kimi, was there a Google Captcha box at the bottom? Usually you want to do the Captcha last, after viewing the video.
If you don’t see a Google Captcha box, then it might be something wrong with the app. I ran into one error after viewing a video - don’t refresh the page (I found out) and then force close the app and restart it to view the video again.
@ctujackbauer still not quite getting to the free entry page, I see this in the rules but can you or someone post directions/screenshot where you find the actual link?? THANKS.
I posted the link 8 posts up.
I wouldn’t ask if I could find it @MrVietnam , I change it to Acmemarkets in the url, but it just takes me to the main contest page, not seeing where there’s a AMOE video and captcha. I need more info and screenshots. What am I looking for AFTER your link. I’m not seeing a video to watch, etc.
mistercheap, I gave crystal clear instructions on how to get there in the app. You even greened the post.
But I’m not using the app, using a desktop.
That’s exactly what I do on the desktop. There is no need to copy the link from somewhere else.
In this case, these are 2 separate offers. When I added the Target offer this morning, both offers had <24 hours left. The Walmart offer is already gone from my account.
Thanks. It’s actually $3.98 at my Target.
If you have money in Ally Savings, might as well move it to Money Market: 4.00% -> 4.15%.

if I bring in 2 batteries, do I get 2x $5 or 1x ?
1x
Well, it doesn’t matter anymore. The Violife offers are gone from my account.
This is nothing new. I’m pretty sure it’s covered by the fine prints, and the rebate amount is clearly stated.
Yes, the offers show FAR, but most ibotta offers, including the ones here, have fixed values anyway, regardless of how much you actually pay.
At my Whole Foods, the cream cheese is $6.79, and the plant butter is $5.69, so they’re not free after rebate at these prices.
Are the Violife items actually free for you? They aren’t for me, unless they go on sale before the offers are gone.
@dangeruss said in Staples $10 Tech Recycling In Store Only 4/16 - 6/17:
I though the other post above said $15
That “PLUS” can be interpreted in different ways. There is no $15 anywhere.
@george2001 said in Staples $10 Tech Recycling In Store Only 4/16 - 6/17:
Same here too. Maybe I’ll call in the morning and ask.
Ask about? The FAQ says $10 is the max.
$10 reward is up, not $15.

no coupon. its automatic. I’ve done these offers before. I’ve done it on one account so far but haven’t checked Rewards account.
I bought one, and the purchase detail shows $0 rewards earned.

That’s why I am doing as I posted above. 🙂
Have you tried it? Is there a coupon that’s needed to activate the offer, or is that automatic?

$30 back in Rewards wyb $100. Expires 5-13. In store only. Limit one. No exclusions listed. I’m buying $200 prepaid Visa cards this week.
There is nothing to lose, but that’s so unlikely to work.
Someone on SD pointed out this FAQ at https://www.staples.com/stores/recycling
Can I earn multiple recycling rewards in a calendar month?
Staples Rewards® members can recycle up to 7 items per day across multiple categories but will only receive one recycling reward per calendar month. During a promotional period with increased earning potential, reward amount is determined by the category with the greatest reward value associated with recycling.
Here are a few specific examples:
It will be interesting to find out what they have implemented in the rewards system matches this FAQ.
@v999 said in Staples $10 Tech Recycling In Store Only 4/16 - 6/3:
How long does it take for the reward to show up in my account?
Second Thursday of next month.
I received 15% off $30 (promo for this weekend) yesterday, instead of $10 off $30.
@george2001 said in Staples $10 Tech Recycling In Store Only 4/16 - 6/3:
If I recycle 21 ink cartridges would 20 of them get $2/ea, and one of them get $5?
They have to be entered as 2 separate line items, with the correct codes. I would recommend using something else for the $5 reward.
@mmyk said in Staples $10 Tech Recycling In Store Only 4/16 - 6/3:
Does that mean if I recycle the battery first and they use 690307, then I’ll get $10 like a Tech item.
Yes
@mmyk said in Staples $10 Tech Recycling In Store Only 4/16 - 6/3:
Does it mean I can recycle some Tech item and get $10 in rewards (before the June deadline, AND recycle an alkaline battery for a separate $5 rewards in the same month??
Yes, but I have not seen the item number for the battery category yet. If they use 690307, you won’t.
@c3 said in Staples $10 Tech Recycling In Store Only 4/16 - 6/3:
Make sure the correct category is on the receipt before you leave.
Ink recycling 725137 ($2 per cartridge, up to 20)
Other technology 690307 ($10 for this promo)
Unknown name/number for non-tech ($5 for this promo)

OK. I’ll probably give them the dead pen that has been sitting in my car. This is a weird promo.

That’s for tech recycling. Did you recycle anything else, in the battery or writing tool category?

From SD, about the $10 off $30 coupon:
“In our area it stopped printing since last Sunday.”
@mrvietnam said in Staples $10 Tech Recycling In Store Only 4/16 - 6/3:
but on the link you provided it says it starts today (now) and runs through 6/17
If you scroll to the bottom of that link, the fine print says both promos are valid 4/16-6/17. Based on those terms, these are indeed separate offers, $10 in the tech category, and $5 in the other categories.
New items for recycling. It’s not clear if these are all in the same “tech recycling” category, but that’s my assumption because I don’t think Staples is generous enough to give out even more free rewards.
Single-use alkaline NEW
Non-rechargeable lithium NEW
Pens and markers NEW
Mechanical pencils NEW
Phone cases NEW
Tablet cases NEW
From next week’s ad, this offer is valid 4/16-6/17.
There is also 15% off in-store purchase of $30 when you recycle, valid 4/22-4/23.
@mistercheap said in Staples, Get Same Day $10/30 In-Store Q with Electronic Recycle, ymmv, exp unknown:
Come back to the store later in June, recycle some other piece of junk you have lying around to generate the $10/30 coupon and get no rewards credit for your piece of junk.
Do we know if multiple $10 off $30 coupon would be generated in the same month, even though there is no additional reward?
@mistercheap said in Staples, Get Same Day $10/30 In-Store Q with Electronic Recycle, ymmv, exp unknown:
If doing the $10 offer in April and May, wait until June to redeem, stack the two $10 rewards offers with the $10/30 in June for $30 in free
The $10 recycling promo expires on 6/3, and the May reward will not be available until 6/8, so you have to either skip the $10 recycling in June, or try to use an “expired” coupon after 6/8.
@mrvietnam said in Staples, Get Same Day $10/30 In-Store Q with Electronic Recycle, ymmv, exp unknown:
Why do they put a same day expiration then?
The same reason some stores keep advertising “going out of business sale” forever.
The coupons do not expire in the system until at least 12/31/2023, although getting the cashier to scan the coupon is YMMV.
Change the default credit card to the one you want to use, and don’t change it when you check out. Not sure if this would solve your issue, but I do this to use both credit card points and GC balance.
There is a 50% Target Circle coupon.

Can the store credit be used online? Is that used as a Walgreens gift card?

1 year. 6 months is for activity.

So it looks like I will need to spend $9.26 in the next two or three more days or lose it. Any suggestions?
I don’t know if buying something and returning it would work, if there’s really nothing you want to purchase:
“For in-store purchases: once Walgreens Cash rewards are redeemed in-store, Walgreens Cash rewards cannot be credited back to Member’s account. The Walgreens Cash rewards dollars will be refunded to Member in the form of store credit. For online purchases: When returning items purchased with Walgreens Cash rewards online or through the mobile app, the Walgreens Cash rewards can be credited back to Member’s account.”
