YMMV on using coupons that are sent to you byBig Lots. II had a $5. Off $15 purchase coupon that I wanted to use and they wouldn’t accept it during the closing sale. They said no coupons allowed.
All remaining stores closing.
On a personal note, I will miss Big Lots. It was one of the last places I could buy truly cheap food items. They were short-dated and close to expiration, but that didn’t matter to me. I think my best deal there was a couple years ago when I bought about 20 full-size packages of Oreo cookies for a quarter each.

@MrVietnam can you update the title, to reflect dates so people don’t think it’s expired. thx.
Unfortunately, I cannot as I no longer have access to the PhatWallet account under the MrVietnam name. MrVietnam has officially become CheapCharlie9. The secret is out.
Interesting. I wonder why different people got different amounts?
So that is about $13 back on a single te riot $30 purchase. Of course with point deflation it is probably only worth closer to $11 and change.
There is a side range of brand names you can use this on. Pretty much anything General Mills makes. I like Yoplait yogurt and Progresso soups. I might stick up on that as well as some other brands.
I wonder if this takes the price towards the $30 before or after coupons. With today’s grocery prices it doesn’t take too many products to make $30.
This offer probably translates to about 35% to 49% off a $30 purchase after the Fetch rebate, depending on the gift card you redeem for.
UPDATE: This morning the retailer of the gift card (which I believe is located in London, England) sent me my $15 Walmart gift card, so everything’s well that ends well
Good idea. I think the thing that may save me is that my misspelled e-mail address had a test e-mail sent back to me by the postmaster. If I ever do receive this $15 Walmart gift card I will spend it right away, just in case.

In for $15 at Walmart. TYSM
This is the first time this has ever happened. I am getting older and my eyesight isn’t what it used to be. I was typing the address I wanted to send my digital gift card to, but it was off by one letter. On the iPhone keyboard I typed an “r” instead of an “e”. Believe it or not, I even did that on the field where they wanted me to type the e-mail again to verify it. Luckily it looks like the misspelled e-mail was not taken by anyone and when I did a test e-mail it was returned electronically by the postmaster.
I sent a message to Customer Service at TopCashback and explained the situation. We’ll see what comes of it. I’m still waiting to hear back from them a day later. Worst case scenario I’m out $12.50, but I’ve learned a big lesson that the email address is very important to double check and even worthy of me putting on my glasses.
EDIT: I just heard back from TopCashback.com and they said my purchase is tracking with them just fine, as I already knew. The rep sent me a link to contact directly the help desk of the retailer who actually sold me the digital gift card to see what they could do.
