@dstall63 I copied the wording from the email, and that specifies “DISC RENTAL AT THE BOX” and that the T&Cs specified paid rentals - without specifying if a discount code, as opposed to a freebie code, would still get credit.

It looks like your online reservation was probably enough to disallow the 1500 points anyway…

“Unfortunately, our site and app are currently down due to damage of a fiberoptic cable. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Our technical team is currently working hard to get us back up and running so that you can continue to enjoy our website.”

They posted it just before 11am EST, and as we all know, it must have gone down sometime between yesterday at 6:04am and today at 6am (I’m assuming ctgolfer was in as usual near 6am today).

It doesn’t look like they’ve posted any updates (or even responding to requests for updates or an estimated time when they’ll be back online), so we’ll just have to wait…

Something tells me RB is on the fritz again. On the Earn Points page, three opportunities to earn points were reactivated (top row in my case). Three others (second row) just showed up on the Earn Points screen as well, but have no available earns behind them (they are links to pages with many earns, but none of those showed as being reactivated). After doing the earns and looking at the other 3 pages, the Earn Points page restored itself to where it was before today.

Grab the points before they figure out their mistake.
