New month, new issue? Trying the Are you a social media fanatic quiz, and three times, I’ve gotten to the end, been awarded 0 tokens, and it’s still in the list to be done again.

Not a Ad Blocking issue. Even tried in Incognito mode - same results. Time to complain to KFR again!

To add a smidge of clarity, there’s no reason to wait 'til the first two weeks of the following month to select rewards, as there are April rewards and May rewards, and anything earned in April was only usable on the April rewards, so what we see is what we get - no overlapping between months.

I think the logic is that if you mail in a receipt (postmarked by the last day of the month), they’re giving more time for them to process it and for you to pick a reward for the prior month.

Completely agree that the Amazon GC should be a permanent offering.

Something’s up with RB. Site is totally new, and old sign-in is no longer working as of tonight (earlier today, it was still the old site and worked). Not sure why they would pull this late on a Friday but I guess we’ll have to see what happens in the next few days - probably Monday. Links to T’s & C’s and Privacy Policy are to the RTS Holdings website, and were last updated in May of 2021. Can’t use the Contact link as it requires a sign-in to proceed, and I’m not creating a new account until we give it a few days.

I have three accounts - one for each adult in the house. One of the accounts didn’t get the offer for 3 tokens for one receipt, probably because I’ve used it to login and check rewards the past couple of months. So I’m all set with that one - ready to get a Target eGC if and when they come back in stock. It was in stock when I submitted the receipt, but not two days later.

The other two accounts are a different story. Both had the 3-for-1 receipt offer. Both uploaded a receipt. Both failed to give 3 tokens two days later after the receipt was processed. Errrr.

I emailed CS for one of them. Still waiting to hear back - high call volume the auto-response email says - best they can offer is ASAP. Wonder why - maybe because your site is less than functional and your desired rewards go out of stock within days of the start of the month?

Anyway, while I’m waiting for CS to respond to the email, I try Chat, which finally shows up (no idea on hours, but it wasn’t there for the other account 5 minutes ago). Anyway, via Chat, I was in and out in 10 minutes, and the problem was resolved (at least a reward was visibly available - it could still take a bit for the displayed token number to correctly reflect 5 instead of 3).

While I had “Lexis” on the hook, I asked about the likelihood that the Target eGC would be restocked, since it “sold out” in under 10 days. All Lexis could say was that they couldn’t promise a restock, but to keep checking. So helpful… Does no one at KFR have a clue how to conduct business?

I was actually referring to the font size used in the full editor. The font in the main text seems about the same (with quoted text being a bit smaller - which is ok IMO). Just lots more white space between those sections of text -all throughout the site.

Across 5 PlayPass accounts, I had a couple sitting at 90 points (out of 100 for a free DVD). Since the initial announcement, I took it up to what I thought would be 4 accounts at 100/100 (or 4 free DVDs). Just checked, and there are no freebies (2 need 1 more rental, 1 needs 3, 1 needs 4 and the last one needs 7). Of the four accounts, one of them is the SuperStar, three are Star and one is a lowly protostar (I guess).

Where the PlayPass was simple, Perks is more complex (convoluted?) Not sure if this will be a good thing or not, but if I had to guess, it’s not going to be a win for the consumers!
