PayPal is great as long as you’re not a seller. If you’re a seller with a linked bank account, they don’t think twice about raiding your account - which, since they are not a bank and are not subject to banking regulations, means you give them pretty much free license to do whatever they please with your account by accepting the user agreement.
Learn from my experience - if you have a linked account, keep only the bare minimum in the account. Otherwise you may find your funds suddenly locked up for ~180 days while they “investigate” a completely false claim from a buyer (which you know the buyer will ultimately win, 'cuz that’s how PayPal rolls).
They did me a favor when they blacklisted me…
