Has anyone done this one? I just submitted it yesterday and seemingly the form went through, but I got no confirmation email, text or confirmation number on the form. I see there is a generic contact them page, but no way to check on the status of my rebate. Is that normal?

Didn’t see this one posted. No wine purchase required. I got my $5 in paypal in 1 week. I know it says to circle purchase price, which is confusing, but I just circled my total price and that worked.
