So i deliver at night part time. I get 43 cents a mile paid by employer plus min wage and i use my own car. I was wondering … they didnt tax my milage in my check. Am i allowed to deduct the difference between what they paid me 43 cents and what this years federal deduction rate is of 53.5 cents a mile ?
havent looked this up nor asked anybody yet. it just popped in my head as a way to save about 100$

Replies are the very lifeblood of sites like this. If replies to a single question arent loaded into the main thread automatically i forsee a ton of the same questions and sub answers.
Seems to me this feature needs to be turned off if possible.

They have a new rewards app. The name is my red lobster rewards. Take photo of reciept or manually enter the 12 digit code on reciept. 1 point per 1$ spent.
75 free points for downloading. First reward is at 125. So that seems like a free be to me almost. Who gets outta redlobster under 50$ very often ?

****I took your advice very seriously and opted to sell my TRU gc on the Bay.
Had 6 $25 gc. Listed 2 sets of 3 ($75 ea) for $66 ea. Most listings gave 10% discount, ie $22.50 for $25 gc. It was worth $1.50 to ship 3 at once vs. 3 separately, ie $66 vs. $67.50

I copied a listing where seller posted “gift cards will be shipped 2 business days after payment to avoid fraudulent charges”.
I photographed the back sides of the cards showing silver on the PINS had not been removed.
I photocopied receipts showing cards had been activated and enclosed copy w/ the cards.

I created shipping label immediately so qualified for TRS discount, but chose mailing date 2 days later. I offered refund if cards were returned with PIN’s still hidden and funds present.

I also really lucked out. One buyer bought both sets a few hours after I listed.
I checked him out. He had >3000 positive feedback. He’d bought a lot of TRU gc from other sellers and they’d all left him positive FB. He sells high priced Lego sets.

Raise was offering $18 for $25 gc plus I would have paid to ship cards to an online seller.
After shipping, fees and 10% TRS discount I made $18.75/card but I have the money and +FB.

@my4mainecoons … no refunds. scammers have machines that put that silver strip on the back. so somebody might get the cards info. return them … wait for it to sell to somebody else … drain the card.
Better safe than sorry
