FYI, I just received notice I received a settlement that was deposited in my PayPal account. I don’t recall adding PayPal info but vaguely recall submitting a claim for this.

I hope still available. This was posted on September 24, 2020:
I would like to thank everyone who responded to our free sample offer. We had approximately 10,000 respondents for our limited 1000 samples. We will be running this free sample coupon in the future. Please be sure to completely fill out correct address information. I had many respondents I could not send a free sample to because of incomplete address.I still tried!

RE: T-Mobile database breach affecting 100 million customers (Social Security, Driver's License, IMEI numbers, etc.)posted in Deal Discussion

This may be a dumb question, but why (and how) does T-Mobile have people’s Soc. Sec numbers?
From a Forbes site in 2013:
“For any service that requires T-Mobile to extend credit, we require some personal information so we can confirm your identity, run credit reports and ensure we send bills to the right address,” said Glenn Zaccara, a T-Mobile spokesman. “This includes name and address, as well as your Social Security number, which are required by credit agencies to run a credit report. For prepaid accounts, neither name/address nor SSN is required.” -

Anytime I’ve gotten free books from tradepub I’ve always used “fake” info into the pages and pages of info they request. After a couple, I’ve simply stopped due to the hurdles required to download some free PDF file. It still might be worth it to some folks.

RE: Free Masks For Every American - Dhvaniposted in Expired Deals
Well, I received my Your FREE MASK is Ready To Ship email today. Turns out the cheapest shipping for my free mask is $6.77 or $8.92 for Carbon Neutral (??). Since I’m now seeing excess hand sanitizer, soap, and even masks at Goodwill stores I think I’ll pass and just use what I already have. Not sure if they initially bit off more than they could chew or it was a feeble plan to promote their business but even if their hearts were in the right place it’s unfortunately “too little too late” for me.
