I also have 15% back any drug store max $15 back exp 3/31/26.

I have been buying Shell gift cards at Marianos at 10% discount with Chase and Wells Fargo Offers. I have done 15% discount at Kohls. I get about 2% for the spend and the standard 3 cents off per gallon from Shell stacks.

IIRC Cap1S pays in certain giftcards only? If yes, could you ID the retailers you prefer?
