The past 2 days I noticed it took approx an hour before the read articles posted. Re watching videos, I click on Watch Video, wait for the ad, let it partially play, close it out, click on Watch video and repeat 4 more times. (Only end up watching part of the same video). Here are the points I received today. In reality, I Read articles prior to posting on FB (only me), so you can see the delay before the 750 points were posted. I believe they do not like negativity on their FB page which is why they always reply…"SacBee Rewards Please note the best and fastest way to get a reply is via email at beebuzzpoints@sacbee.com."

I redeemed all of my 3.7 million points on SacBee Rewards for a $50 Selland’s gift card and a few entries for Olive Garden when the site bounced me out and I ended up in the Olive Garden gift card site entering it by mistake. The Selland drawing closed at 10 am today. At 10:18 am today, I received an email notification that I won one of the two $50 gift cards.

Here’s the strange thing: My name shows up under this week’s leaders. I thought this weeks leaders were those who earned points but it looks like it’s for those who redeemed a high number of points for the week. It makes sense because previously I noticed another player’s name under this week’s leaders and his name showed up as a winner in two categories.

Good luck to all here to win. Note: It took me days and thousands of clicks to redeem all of the points.

I was trying for the Selland’s card, but only got 2 entries and no more. Enjoy! they have some good places to eat. Ella’s & The Kitchen are awesome but pricey (but a dining “experience”). We ate at one of the others but I forgot which one, but it was good too. What you say about the week’s leaders make sense. Prizes cost less points, but looks like you need to spend millions if you want something bad enough. I am holding off for the next Selland’s card,

@karinjel Not sure what you see on your end. Here is today’s link. http://club.b95.com/m/MobileCodeDetail.aspx?moduleType=trivia&instanceID=423151 In the upper right corner, there is a menu button. Click on that and you should be able to see options for submit a code, trivia, etc., etc. Click on trivia and that will get you to the 5K videos for — Hope this helps.

Has anyone noticed that contest dates have changed on certain prizes, and if so, does anyone have a clue why they would change them? Just curious…

They actually have people from their papers back east working on our site. Here is a reply I received regarding the dates changing on prizes.

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this matter. The dates for many of the sweepstakes were modified yesterday. We recently did a reorganization of duties so to make the fulfillment of rewards go smoother, prizes were shuffled around.

I had hoped to be doing this maintenance late enough in the evening so as not to disrupt members accessing the site. I need to remember the time difference between Central and Pacific time for any future site adjustments.

I apologize for the confusion and thank you for being a Rewards member.

Another thing I notice is that when you look at your daily activities, the dates are jumbled. How are we supposed to keep track of points? User friendly??? Ha!

Be sure to watch the point total on the “redeemed points” sections. Before I noticed that you could process more than 1, one day, I processed 2 individually, and 1 with 5 for a total of 7 submissions. The total on my points reflected 3 entries equal to the amount of the 5 submissions. ie: I posted 1 - 1000, 1 - 1000, and 1 5000. My entries showed 3 submissions of 5000 points each instead of 1000, 1000, 5000. Hope this makes sense to everyone.

Thank you for contacting SacBee Rewards, the Sacramento Bee’s rewards program.

Reader Quest is being changed to 300 points each day. The points were to be changed on the Get Points page effective today, but since it is still showing 600 points, the additional 300 points will be added to your account.
