had some issues the first go round with items which should count, not counting on SStar.
The gillette razors and the secret deod. never credited, had to write them, they wanted all UPC’s, scanned recpt., etc.
turns out none of the UPC’s were in their database for the offer, they added the spend for me, but I was truly surprised. Of the $50 in qual. stuff I bought, only $14 showed up. I did finally get the credit however, just more work than I anticipated.

Sorry to report the $15 Bonus Cash coupon rings at the register saying “Bonus coupon accepted” but it does not list I earned $15 in Bonus Cash on the receipt, so the coupon doesn’t work and I am in Orange County, CA. Bummer, but you win some and lose some. Who exactly confirmed it’s working in CA? Must only good in the area that that particular version of the ad circulated.

Turn around time was average, think from start to finish (two emails back and forth) had my credit within a week. Not sure why so many qualifying UPC’s are not loaded. typical P&G.

Went to RA about 7p last night.
Got $60 worth of OLAY and the free crest. $10 RA Beauty GC Q printed out on bottom of receipt and I immediately redeemed it for an RA GC.
However, nothing has tracked thus far on Savingstar and the items usually track pretty quick from RA. thought for sure the OLAY UPC’s were in the SStar system. Anyone have issues with Olay stuff for the savingstar offer?

I am in California, but I’m not sure if I am in a valid area. The coupon was not in my ad, but it was in the ad in Fresno, some 250 miles away by car. I read one person got credit who lives in Ohio. Chatting with customer service is really easy and you have nothing to lose, except 10 or 15 minutes of your time

credit showed up after 48 hours, usually RA is within 1 day. but got he $15, now have to do the rebate submission.

Ka-ching! Thanks, MC. I contacted Savingstar customer support with the items I bought that didn’t count, their UPC numbers, and the amount paid (I did not submit receipts) and a few days later I got this reply:

Thank you for contacting SavingStar Customer Support.
I apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. I took a look at your account and sure enough you should have received those savings. We will look into why your purchases didn’t post, but in the meantime I credited your account with your rewards. This should show up in a day or two.

SavingStar.ComGlad it worked out Mr. V $15 is a sizeable rebate and I’m still amazed at how messed up the tracking has been on the P&G one. someone obviously dropped the ball on loading all the literally hundreds of UPC’s codes that probably qualify for this given promotion.
