HD sells $100 prepaid visas for $105.95 with the activation fee and you can buy them at self checkout too.
Pay $105.95 for the Visa
Get back $20.60 total in Amex Offers
YMMV, I bought my Visa this AM, already got the notice that I redeemed my offer.
The amounts haven’t shown up as to exact credit, but I fully expect because one is a fixed $ amount and the other is percentage, I’ll get both.
Worst case scenario, even if only one hits, you still have a MM of at least $4.05.

As always even having the offers, not to mention them stacking, is YMMV. I don’t have either of these Am Ex offers on any of my Am Ex cards, unfortunately.

Mr V, title clearly and OP wording clearly shows YMMV, was upfront from the start as I know not all will have either or both of these offers but even if you have only 1 of the 2, it is still a MM.

I have the $10 off $75 offer, but only good at homedepot.com and Lowes.com - no b&m for me.
